The name
paype is the pipe for your money. Say it like "pipe" — it carries "pay" inside it: pay + pipe. One conduit where money flows in from anywhere, in any form, and out to anywhere, in any direction.
The .cc
The .cc is part of the name — always written paype.cc. It stands for cross-currency, cross-country — money that ignores borders and denominations. The .cc is tinted in our wordmark to read as a badge — a little mint-green mark that says "I’m built for the world."
Our philosophy
Money should feel good, fresh, alive — juicy — not grey and locked behind banking. We believe in:

What we offer
paype.cc is the commercial whitelabel of two regulated US Money Services Businesses. Crypto services are provided by CCA.SH Money Services (US) Series LLC (a Montana series LLC, crypto-only MSB); fiat services — IBANs, FX, SWIFT/SEPA, cards — are provided by popaye.app (a fiat-only MSB). paype.cc operates as a FinCEN agent of both under 31 CFR §1022.380: one account, two regulated rails, never commingled. paype.cc provides:
- Compliance program: each rail runs under its principal MSB’s FinCEN-registered BSA/AML, sanctions screening, and Travel Rule program (31 CFR §1022.380) — crypto under CCA.SH, fiat under popaye.app.
- Security: Cryptographically signed audit trail, risk-tiered approval gates, multi-party (four-eyes) custody, segregated accounts.
- Multi-currency accounts: Hold USD balances, convert between USD and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC), and spend with Apple Pay and Google Pay cards.
