How it works
At the start of each calendar month, your fee counter resets to zero. As your fees accumulate and cross $500, your account automatically upgrades to Big Band rates for the rest of that month. No action needed on your end.
Monthly reset
Big Band resets at the start of every month. It’s a rolling monthly benefit — if you hit it in January, you get the discount for the rest of January. February starts fresh.

Relationship to Orchestra
Once you hit Orchestra’s annual threshold ($1,000 in yearly fees), Orchestra takes over and Big Band becomes irrelevant — Orchestra’s 40% discount beats Big Band’s 25%. For months where you’re active but haven’t hit the yearly threshold yet, Big Band kicks in automatically.
