Coverage
SEPA covers all 27 EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the UK, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and Vatican City — 36 countries in total.

SEPA vs SWIFT
SEPA is euros only, within the SEPA zone. For transfers in other currencies or to countries outside the SEPA area, SWIFT is used instead. Both are available on paype.
