What you may and may not do with paype.cc.
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you can and cannot do with paype.cc. By using Paype, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
2. You Must
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and when requested
- Keep your account information up to date
- Use strong, unique passwords and enable available security features
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized account access
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Cooperate with our compliance and due diligence requests
- Notify us promptly of changes to your business's Ultimate Beneficial Owners
3. You Must Not
3.1 Illegal Activities
Use Paype for: money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, bribery, corruption, tax evasion, or any activity that violates applicable law.
3.2 Prohibited Businesses
Operate any of the following through Paype:
- Unlicensed money transmission or virtual asset services
- Unlicensed gambling operations
- Adult entertainment without age verification
- Businesses associated with international sanctions
- Shell companies with no verifiable beneficial owner
- Illegal goods or services (narcotics, counterfeit goods, CSAM)
- Businesses whose primary purpose is tax evasion or fraud
3.3 Sanctions Violations
Transact with persons or entities on US, EU, or UN sanctions lists. Transact with persons or entities in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. Attempt to evade sanctions screening.
3.4 Platform Abuse
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, intrude into, or disrupt Paype's services
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload our systems (authorized API use excepted)
- Create multiple accounts to evade limits or restrictions
- Provide false identity documents or impersonate others
- Use Paype to test card numbers or commit payment fraud
3.5 Harmful Content
Use Paype to facilitate: harassment, hate speech, CSAM, human trafficking, or any activity that harms others.
4. Restricted Activities
The following activities require pre-approval and may be subject to enhanced due diligence:
- Crypto exchange or brokerage services
- Online gambling (licensed only)
- Adult content (age-verified only)
- Arms and defence (licensed dealers only)
- FX brokerage
- Affiliate marketing and media buying
- Nutraceuticals and supplements
Businesses in these categories pay a +50% fee surcharge and undergo enhanced due diligence.
5. Digital Asset (Crypto) Rules
5.1 Source of Funds
You must only deposit crypto from wallets you control with legitimate sources of funds. We screen all deposits for sanctions and AML risk.
5.2 Prohibited Sources
You must not deposit crypto from:
- Wallets associated with sanctioned entities or persons
- Wallets with known involvement in illicit activity
- Mixers or tumblers used to obscure fund sources
- Darknet markets or illicit services
- Stolen or compromised funds
5.3 Right to Refuse
We may refuse any crypto deposit at our discretion based on compliance screening results. Refused deposits are returned to a wallet address you provide, less network fees.
6. Consequences of Violation
6.1 Investigation
We may investigate suspected violations. During investigation, we may restrict account functionality.
6.2 Suspension
We may suspend your account for confirmed violations. Suspension means you cannot send, spend, or withdraw. Incoming payments may still be accepted.
6.3 Termination
We may terminate your account for serious or repeated violations. Your balance will be returned to a verified account you control, less any amounts required by law or regulation.
6.4 Reporting
We report suspicious activity to FinCEN as required by law. We may also report to other regulators or law enforcement.
