API & Developer Terms.

1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Paype's REST API, MCP Server, and Telegram Bot interfaces. By accessing Paype programmatically, you agree to these terms in addition to the Paype Terms of Service.
2. API Access
API credentials are issued per account or sub-account. You are responsible for securing your API keys. Rate limits apply. Current limits published in API documentation. Excessive requests may be throttled. API access may be suspended for terms violations, security concerns, or excessive usage.
3. MCP Server
The MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server enables AI agents to interact with your Paype account. You control what permissions your agents have. You are responsible for: the actions your AI agents take, securing your MCP credentials, and setting appropriate permission scopes. Paype is not liable for actions taken by your AI agents through the MCP Server.
4. Telegram Bot
The Telegram bot provides account access via Telegram. You are responsible for securing your Telegram account. Telegram bot interactions are subject to Telegram's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms.
5. Prohibited Uses
You must not: reverse engineer the API, exceed rate limits, use the API for anything illegal, attempt to access other accounts, or resell API access.
6. Changes
API endpoints, rate limits, and features may change with notice. Breaking changes: 30 days' notice where feasible.
