Consent to receive all disclosures and notices electronically.
1. Your Consent to Electronic Communications
By opening a paype.cc account, you consent to receive all communications, disclosures, agreements, notices, and statements electronically. This consent is required by the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).
Electronic communications include:
- Terms of Service and updates
- Privacy Policy and updates
- Fee schedules and pricing changes
- Transaction confirmations and receipts
- Account statements (if applicable)
- Regulatory disclosures (BSA/AML notices, CIP notice)
- Tax documents
- Responses to your inquiries and complaints
2. Delivery Methods
We deliver electronic communications by:
- Posting to your account dashboard
- Sending to the email address you provide
- Displaying in the paype.cc app
- Sending push notification with a link to the communication
You should keep your email address current. You are responsible for checking your account and email for communications.
3. Hardware and Software Requirements
To receive electronic communications, you need:
- A device with internet access
- A web browser that supports TLS 1.3
- An email account capable of receiving HTML emails
- Sufficient storage to retain electronic communications or a printer to print them
4. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications by contacting us. However, if you withdraw consent, we reserve the right to close your account because Paype is a digital-only service.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legal effectiveness of electronic communications provided before withdrawal.
5. Requesting Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any electronic communication within 180 days of its delivery. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies. Paper copies do not change our right to provide future communications electronically.
6. Updating Your Contact Information
You must keep your email address current. Update your contact information in the app or by contacting support. Electronic communications sent to your last-provided email address are considered delivered.
7. Your Acknowledgment
By opening a paype.cc account, you acknowledge that:
- You can access and read electronic communications
- You have the required hardware and software
- You consent to receive all communications electronically
- You understand you may withdraw consent but your account may be closed
