Referral Terms.
10% direct + 5% indirect. EU/EEA excluded.
1. Program Overview
Paype's referral program rewards you for introducing new customers to paype.cc. These terms govern your participation.
2. Eligibility
You must have a verified Paype account in good standing to participate. EU/EEA residents are excluded as both referrers and referees per Paype's jurisdictional policy. Paype employees and contractors are not eligible.
3. Commission Structure
3.1 Direct Referrals
You earn a commission equal to 10% of the fees Paype collects from each Direct Referral for the lifetime of the referred account (for as long as the referred account remains active and in good standing).
3.2 Indirect Referrals (Two-Tier)
When someone you referred refers someone else, you earn a commission equal to 5% of the fees Paype collects from that Indirect Referral for the lifetime of the indirectly referred account (for as long as the indirectly referred account remains active and in good standing).
3.3 Commission Calculation
Commissions are calculated on net fees actually collected by Paype. Refunds, chargebacks, and reversed fees do not generate commissions. Commission rates are targets and will be confirmed in-app.
4. Payouts
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid to your Paype balance by the 15th of the following month. Minimum payout: $10. Balances below $10 roll to the next month.
5. Tax
You are responsible for all taxes on commission income. Paype may issue IRS Form 1099-MISC (or equivalent) for commissions exceeding applicable thresholds. You must provide accurate tax identification information.
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not: spam referral links, make misleading claims about Paype, impersonate Paype, create fake accounts, self-refer, use paid advertising for referral links without disclosure, or violate any applicable law.
7. Clawback
If a referred customer's fees are refunded or charged back within 90 days of the transaction, associated commissions are reversed from future payouts.
8. Changes and Termination
Paype may modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Accrued but unpaid commissions are honored. Paype may terminate your participation for terms violations. Commission period survives for referrals made before termination.
9. No Guarantee
Participation does not guarantee earnings. Commission rates are subject to change. These terms do not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
