Subaccount Terms.
Creation, permissions, and fund ownership for subaccounts.
1. Sub-Accounts
Business account holders may create unlimited sub-accounts. Each sub-account has its own balance, virtual card (optional), spending limits, and access controls.
2. Primary Account Holder Responsibility
The primary account holder is responsible for all sub-account activity. Sub-account transactions are attributed to the primary account. The primary account holder is liable for any losses, fees, or violations caused by sub-account users.
3. Sub-Account User Access
Each sub-account user has access limited to their assigned sub-account. A user cannot view, access, or transact on other sub-accounts or the primary account. Access levels may be set by the primary account holder.
4. Privacy
Sub-account users have privacy rights over their personal information per the Paype Privacy Policy. The primary account holder may view sub-account balances and transaction history as aggregate data within the primary account dashboard.
5. Card Issuance
Each sub-account may have one or more virtual or physical cards. Card spending limits are per-card and per-sub-account. Cards are subject to the Cardholder Terms.
6. Termination
The primary account holder may close a sub-account at any time. Paype may suspend or close a sub-account for terms violations. Closing the primary account closes all sub-accounts.
7. Disputes
Sub-account disputes are handled under the Paype Dispute Resolution Policy. Sub-account users have the same dispute rights as primary account holders with respect to their own account activity.
